Quartz Countertops From Magic Stone Granite, LLC
Our countertops see a lot of use. From chopping and preparing food in the kitchen to painting our nails and brushing our teeth in the bathroom, our countertops provide us a solid place to get things done. That being said, when it comes time to have new counters installed, we want to be sure we get ones made from high-quality, durable, and long-lasting materials.
Magic Stone Granite can fabricate and install new countertops for you, made from some of the best materials in the industry, including quartz.
Installing Quartz Countertops: What You Need to Know
Quartz is a high-quality material that can make for good countertops. Over the years, our counters receive a lot of traffic, causing them to wear down, fade, chip, scratch, and so on, which can hinder their appearance and usability. When you call us to have new countertops installed, we’ll survey your kitchen or bathroom, provide you with an estimate, and order the quartz slabs used for the counters. Once the materials arrive, we’ll fabricate and install them. The entire process takes about two weeks. The longest part, in truth, is waiting for the materials arrive. Once they do, we get to work! The fabrication and installation process takes about three to five days to complete from there, depending on the size of the job, and other factors such as the weather.
Why Choose Quartz for Your Countertops?
Quartz is one of the best materials to use for countertops. It’s durable, long-lasting, and comes in colors that’ll look great in any bathroom or kitchen, including shades of brown, black, and gray, among many other colors, more so than other countertop materials like granite. Quartz countertops are engineered and manufactured rather than made from natural stone. Because they are engineered, they lack the weaknesses associated with natural stone. Some of the benefits include:
- It’s durable and long-lasting
- It looks great and comes in a variety of colors
- It’s heat, chip, and stain resistant
- It’s lifeproof, so you can cook, chop, sit on it, and so on without having to worry
All in all, quartz is a great material to choose for your countertops. No matter the size of the project or the desired aesthetic you’re hoping for, quartz is a great option for you. One thing to keep in mind about Quartz, though, is it can be a bit pricier than other materials, though it’s relatively the same in price compared to other high-quality materials like granite.
